STUD AGREEMENT PREVIEW
Bitch owner agrees on a upfront fee of two thousand dollars. This amount to be paid prior to breeding. Stud fees are non refundable. Failure to produce will result in a stud credit of the amount of two thousand dollars towards any stud owned by stud owner.
Bitch owner is responsible for providing proper care and housing for the bitch. Bitch owner agrees not to partake in any other breeding’s during the heat cycle in question. Once in labor stud owner should be updated immediately. Production of two or less puppies will result in a disqualification whereby stud owner will agree to redo stud service on following heat if warranted by owner within regular stud contract. In which case stud owner rejects the right to a single pup production and accept 2nd pick with the production of 2 puppies
Both parties are to adhere to the said agreement via contract before service can be performed.
